• Welcome guests with great energy and good vibes, creating a strong first impression
• Assist with taking orders and serving food & drinks accurately and efficiently
• Recommend menu items and upsell daily specials
• Manage reservations and handle payments smoothly
• Keep the outlet clean, organised, and always guest-ready
• Support events, promotions, and daily operations
• Assist with basic inventory and adhere to hygiene standards
• Handle guest feedback professionally and step in to support where needed
