1 Handle phone calls and inquiries relating to reservations.
2 Greet and coordinate the seating of guests.
3 Recognize the regular guests and highlight to the Executive Chef / Restaurant Manager about the particular guest's preferences.
4 Ensure guests requests are not delayed.
5 Record and report all guests complaints to the Executive Chef/Restaurant Manager immediately.
6 Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and provide personalize customer service.
7 Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries.
8 Work together with the Service Team to serve customers, including but not limited to taking orders, clearing tables, polish wine glasses and others as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
9 Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
