Responsibilities
. Attend to check in and guests enquiries
. Perform cashiering and check-outs accurately and efficiently
. Responsible for handling room reservations
. Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails related to room reservations and front office
. Provide excellent customer service to guests
. Attend to challenging situations and perform service recovery if necessary
Requirements
. Minimum GCE O Level
. Candidates with Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent will be preferred
. Enjoy meeting and interacting with people
. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
. Ability to work on 3-rotating shifts
. Experienced in Property Management System and computer skills would be an advantage
