Job Description

  • Attending to and addressing guests enquiries
  • Expected to provide table service to restaurant guests.
  • Communicate responses in a clear, professional, timely and concise manner.
  • Maintain reservation platform
  • Assist events calendar, enquiries, site visits
  • Processing bill payments

  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Positive service attitude, coachable
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays

  • 5 day work week
  • Variable and daily incentive scheme
  • Free shuttle bus from Tanah Merah MRT station
