Guest Relations/Bar Supervisor

1. Responsible for the acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers

2. Ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints.

3. Monitor bar reservations, seating availability, service, safety and wellbeing of guests.

4. Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables and other tools.

5. Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages. Stock ice, glassware and beverage supplies. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.

4. Complete opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years in a similar role in the F&B industry

3. Able to start immediate or at a short notice is a huge plus.
