Objective
To deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and active participation in outlet operations, events, and promotional activities.
Working Commitment
- Minimum 50 hours ($900) or 100 hours ($1800) per month
- Minimum 3 shifts per week
- Minimum 1 weekend shift per week
- Availability on selected Public Holidays and peak trading periods
- Flexible deployment across outlets where operationally required (Changi / Duxton / Dempsey)
Primary Responsibilities
Guest Service & Outlet Operations
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages according to service standards
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally
- Maintain excellent table service throughout the guest journey
- Set up and maintain dining areas
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
Sales & Promotion
- Promote ongoing campaigns, events and promotions
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Brand Representation
- Serve as an ambassador of the Company's brands
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and outlet concepts
- Uphold service standards and company values at all times
