Guest Experience Associate

We're looking for a Guest Experience Associate to join our team, supporting both our immersive VR, boardgame & social entertainment venue and our traditional dessert shop in the heart of Chinatown.

Every day is different. You may be welcoming guests into exciting VR adventures, assisting with corporate events and birthday parties, or serving customers in our traditional dessert shop. If you enjoy interacting with people and creating great customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Entertainment Venue

• Welcome and check in guests
• Explain games and assist first-time players
• Set up and supervise game sessions
• Support birthday parties and corporate team-building events
• Handle bookings and customer enquiries
• Keep equipment and play areas clean and organised
  

Dessert Shop

• Prepare and serve traditional desserts and drinks
• Operate the POS and process payments
• Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness
• Replenish stock and assist with daily operations

General Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Assist wherever needed during busy periods
• Work as part of a friendly and energetic team

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys interacting with customers
• Has a positive attitude and learns quickly
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Is comfortable using computers and technology
• Is willing to work across both the VR venue and dessert shop
• Experience in hospitality, attractions or retail is an advantage, but training will be provided

Working Hours

• Full-time
• 44 hours per week
• 5-day work week
• Weekends and public holidays required according to roster
