Department: GTO-Credit Admin& Control
Job Duration: 6 Months (extendable but subjected to performance)
Position: Bank Associate
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PMFriday with 1 Hour meal break
Main duties and Responsibilities of the role (but not limited to following):
- Assist in counter duties (seated at the counter) - this is based on office environment (not branches)
- To attend to courier delivery/pickup at counterPhotocopy incoming courier for filing (proof of receipt by Admin Team and also staff acknowledgement of receipt)
- Filing and archival of documents of cancelled closed accounts
- Checking and update of insurance related notices into system
- Other general admin duties eg consolidation of reports, statistics, typing and UAT.
- To support the team with adhoc administrative tasks when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A Levels / Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good working attitude and responsible
- Detailed with good follow up skills
