About the Company

Hiring company is a global big tech firm looking for an experienced Program Manager to support roll out of go-to-market initiatives across marketing, sales, partnerships, education, and enterprise teams.

About the Role

This role will suit someone who is highly organized, data-driven, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and able to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The successful candidate will help drive cross-functional alignment, improve processes and use AI/tools to automate workflows and improve team efficiency.

THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR CONVERSION TO FULL TIME DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing and go-to-market programs across different internal teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
  • Track program goals, timelines, key milestones, risks, and next steps.
  • Monitor data and insights to understand what actions are needed.
  • Prepare updates, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Help identify blockers and work with teams to solve them.
  • Create or adapt program communications, decks, and enablement materials.
  • Look for ways to improve workflows using tools, AI, and automation.
  • Support special projects that improve how marketing and sales programs are run.

Qualifications

  • Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, Claude Code, AI tools, or similar platforms.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, GTM, sales programs, or similar.
  • Experience in big tech, SaaS/software, or a marketing/advertising agency would be useful.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across different countries and time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good with data, details, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
