Support the GSA Manager in developing and growing airline sales through travel agency outreach, account servicing, and trade relationship management.
Build and maintain good working relationships with travel agents, business partners, and relevant industry contacts in Singapore and nearby markets.
Assist in handling sales enquiries, fare quotations, booking follow-up, and coordination with internal teams for both FIT and group bookings.
Promote represented airline products, fare offers, and campaigns to agency partners, while providing clear and timely follow-up on sales opportunities.
Support travel fair participation, agency visits, sales missions, and other trade engagement activities to strengthen market presence and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth handling of bookings, ticketing matters, and partner support.
Maintain accurate sales records, enquiry trackers, customer or agent databases, and other reporting files required for daily operation and business review.
Assist in preparing monthly sales updates, market feedback, competitor observations, and activity reports for management and airline principals.
Maintain basic knowledge of airline routes, fare conditions, booking processes, and operational procedures to support trade partners effectively.
Support the GSA Manager in communicating with airline principals, agencies, and other stakeholders on sales matters, product updates, and market requirements.
Identify potential new business opportunities, agency leads, and partnership prospects to support expansion of the GSA business.
Carry out administrative, coordination, and sales support duties as assigned to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the GSA department.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in travel sales, airline sales support, account servicing, or related field
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Organised, responsive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in airline, travel agency, GSA, or NDC-related environment will be an advantage
