GS Transfer Pricing – Experienced AS/SE

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Managers / Senior Managers in planning and executing transfer pricing engagements.
• Understand client business models through functional analysis interviews.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze client issues for transfer pricing documentation.
• Recommend planning opportunities to clients based on OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines.
• Review inter-company agreements and internal client documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Support implementation of transfer pricing arrangements with client tax, finance, and project teams.
• Coordinate with regional and global PwC network firms on client issues.
• Manage projects related to transfer pricing audits, MAP, and APA cases.
• Participate in cross-border business restructuring projects alongside specialist teams.
• Coach and guide junior team members in preparation of deliverables and maintaining high-quality service standards (Senior Associate level).
