Purpose and Sco

peThe Head Excellence will be responsible for leading the Center of Excellence (CoE) division, overseeing key initiatives related to operational performance, technology development, and continuous improvement across the Gas and Related Business. This leadership role will ensure that the organization's operations and technological advancements are optimized to drive performance, sustainability, and future readines

s.Reporting directly to the Market CoE Head, the Head Excellence will oversee two critical areas of the CoE: O&M Excellence (Performance, Reliability, and Reporting) and Technology Development (Upgrades, Digitalization, Automation & Future Proofing). In collaboration with the broader CoE team, including HSSE and Policies/Standards, the Head Excellence will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of operational and technological strategies with the company's overall business objective
