About the Role

SPH Media is the home of Singapore's most well-known lifestyle titles, including Her World, Harper's Bazaar Singapore, Singapore Women's Weekly, HardwareZone, F Zine, Home & Décor, The Peak, NuYou, and Icon. As we enter the FY26/27 growth phase, SPH Media is pivoting to a balanced growth engine designed to deliver sustainable audience scale and long-term commercial value. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our Lifestyle Media Audience Growth Team and lead this transition.

With Millennials and Gen Z at the core, you will be responsible for retaining our massive scale while accelerating next-phase growth through high-quality traffic, social discovery (video-first), and resilient owned communities.

This role sits at the intersection of audience growth, product strategy, experimentation, and commercial value creation. You will be responsible for driving audience growth and engagement across web, social, newsletter, and community platforms while developing scalable product capabilities that support editorial, audience, and commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Audience Growth Lead, you will work closely with Editorial teams to deliver audience growth initiatives across Lifestyle Media's portfolio of publications.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Experimentation & Growth

  • Develop and execute audience growth initiatives across SEO, social, newsletters, and community platforms
  • Identify audience growth opportunities and translate them into structured experiments with clear objectives and success metrics
  • Partner with SEO, Social, and Community specialists to test and optimise acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Monitor experiment performance and scale successful initiatives across Lifestyle Media publications
  • Support audience growth through amplification strategies, platform optimisation, and distribution planning

2. Product Strategy & Audience Experience

  • Define and manage product initiatives that improve audience journeys and engagement across Lifestyle Media digital platforms
  • Identify product opportunities that support audience retention, conversion, and monetisation objectives
  • Lead product discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap planning for audience-focused features and capabilities
  • Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams on feature development, implementation, and delivery timelines
  • Drive optimisation initiatives across registration flows, content discovery, conversion points, and user experience
  • Lead A/B testing and product optimisation efforts to improve audience and business outcomes

3. Audience Intelligence & Commercial Enablement

  • Analyse audience and content performance trends across platforms
  • Develop audience insights and segmentation frameworks to support editorial and commercial objectives
  • Translate audience data into actionable recommendations and commercially valuable narratives
  • Support commercial and sponsorship opportunities through audience-led insights

4. Reporting & Insights

  • Produce regular audience, experiment, and performance reporting
  • Deliver post-campaign and post-project insights tied to audience or business objectives
  • Provide actionable recommendations to Editorial and Commercial stakeholders based on performance data

5. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for strategic audience and product initiatives
  • Coordinate workflows across Editorial and external stakeholders
  • Align teams around audience priorities, product initiatives, and growth opportunities

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field with 6-7 years of experience in audience growth, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Expert command of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager, and Sprout Social.
  • Proven ability to leverage data not just for growth, but to create commercial value and compelling sales stories.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, video-first content, and Millennial/Gen Z digital behaviors.
  • Exceptional skills for effective collaboration across editorial, technical, and sales teams.
