Our client is a growing CEX Exchange backed by a leading venture in the financial service industry. They are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Product Manager to design and scale their exchange's user growth ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Ecosystem Design: Architect and implement the growth framework with a focus on full-funnel conversion mechanisms including acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
- Campaign Systems & Incentives: Design and iterate on modular campaign systems including reward rules, user segmentation, automated distribution, and anti-fraud mechanisms to improve reusability and ROI tracking
- Referral & Affiliate Systems: Own the product design for invitation and affiliate programs, including commission structures, settlement logic, data dashboards, and risk control
- Data Attribution & Analysis: Build channel attribution and growth monitoring systems to optimise the conversion funnel from Registration KYC Deposit First Trade Active Trading
- Growth Experiments: Formulate strategy based on data insights, conducting A/B testing and multi-version incentive experiments to improve user quality and trading contribution
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and BD teams to institutionalise business strategies into productised growth engines
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Product Management (3+ years) on growth products, with a strong preference for relevant experience in Crypto or Fintech space
- Demonstrated experience in designing incentive mechanisms or referral systems
- Strong understanding of funnel analysis; proficient in SQL or BI tools for independent data exploration
- Solid grasp of exchange core metrics with hands-on experience in building growth mechanisms or systems from 0 to 1
