The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially sharp, analytically rigorous, data-driven and creative Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale our digital demand generation engine.

This is a high-impact growth role responsible for driving qualified demand, optimizing customer acquisition, and building a predictable, scalable marketing funnel across events, programs, and premium offerings. You will own the full performance marketing engine from paid media strategy and media planning to creative optimization, conversion improvement, and revenue contribution.

This role is ideal for a growth minded operator who combines analytical discipline with creative instinct, and who thrives on turning marketing investment into measurable business outcomes.

Mission of the Role

Build and optimize a high-performing paid acquisition and digital growth engine that consistently generates qualified leads, converts demand efficiently, and drives profitable revenue growth.

You will own the full-funnel performance marketing ecosystem from media strategy and campaign execution to funnel optimization, conversion efficiency, and growth analytics.

Your work will directly drive:

o Qualified lead generation

o Customer acquisition efficiency

o Revenue growth and marketing ROI

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

o Develop and execute the paid media strategy across key platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
o Plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey.
o Allocate budgets dynamically to maximize efficiency, scale, and return.
o Build a predictable and scalable paid acquisition engine.

2. Digital Media Planning & Budget Optimization

o Own media planning, budget allocation, and channel mix optimization.
o Continuously improve spend efficiency across platforms, audiences, and campaigns.
o Optimize toward key commercial outcomes including pipeline, revenue, and profitability.
o Ensure sustainable CAC while scaling lead volume and quality.

3. Funnel Architecture & Conversion Optimization

o Design and optimize end-to-end acquisition funnels.
o Improve conversion performance across landing pages, registration flows, sales pages, and application journeys.
o Partner closely with content, design, and sales teams to increase conversion rates at every stage.
o Identify and eliminate friction points throughout the customer journey.

4. Creative Strategy &Performance Content

  • Develop high-converting creative strategies rooted in audience psychology and performance data.
  • Create or direct the production of performance-led assets, including:
  1. Paid social creatives
  2. Video ads and reels
  3. Landing page copy
  4. Email nurture sequences
  5. Ad scripts and creative briefs
  • Scale winning creative concepts through structured testing.

5. Growth Optimization

o Build a rigorous test-and-learn framework across audiences, offers, messaging, and creative.
o Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing.
o Identify new acquisition opportunities, channels, and growth levers.
o Translate insights into scalable growth initiatives.

6. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

o Own campaign measurement, attribution, and performance reporting.
o Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
o Monitor and optimize core metrics across the funnel.
o Deliver weekly and monthly insights with clear recommendations for action.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have

  • 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs with measurable ROI.
  • Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience managing media budgets and optimizing for efficiency and scale.
  • Demonstrated success in full-funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in premium services, education, coaching, wellness, events, or digital programs.
  • Background in direct response marketing and performance creative.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and attribution tools.
  • Experience in scaling both B2C and high-ticket lead generation funnels.
