The ideal candidate for the Growth Marketing Ops associate role should have proven experience in product marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media management. They must have experience working on the go-to-market (G2M) strategy of a product, from concept to acquiring the first 10k users, and be well-versed in Web3 and/or DeFi culture.
Additionally, they should have experience in startup environments, have built marketing processes from the ground up, and grown a social media community to over
50k followers. A strong understanding of
marketing operations, conversion optimization, media metrics, web analytics, and SEO is essential, along with some overlap with
Pacific Time (United States) for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the go-to-market (G2M) strategy for new products, ensuring a seamless introduction to the market
- Connect with potential users to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Propose and implement experiments for new products, features, and updates
- Craft compelling messaging and marketing strategies
- Oversee social media channels to grow an online community
