Backed by reputable investors and a globally distributed team, they are expanding rapidly and seeking to build out a results-driven marketing function to accelerate user acquisition.
They are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with deep performance marketing experienceparticularly in crypto or high-regulation industriesto own and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Web2 and Web3 channels. This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable navigating advertising compliance gray zones, especially across Meta, Twitter, and TikTok. The role reports directly to the Marketing & Product Lead and will be central to scaling user acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across:
- Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter)
- Telegram ads, crypto-native media, affiliate partnerships, and influencers
- Optimize the full performance marketing funnel: impression click signup deposit trade
- Execute A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation strategies to increase LTV and reduce CAC
- Own budgeting, bidding strategies, and platform-specific analytics for all campaigns
- Track KPIs and derive actionable insights using tools such as Tableau, LunarCrush, Kaito, and SimilarWeb, as well as native ad platform dashboards
- Collaborate with product, data, creative, and community teams to align growth efforts with broader user lifecycle and retention initiatives
- Monitor and mitigate fraudulent traffic, bot attacks, and campaign abuse
- Stay ahead of market dynamics, competitive benchmarks, and emerging DeFi user behaviors
Ideal Candidate
- Crypto experience is essential previous exposure to DeFi/Web3 or other high-compliance verticals (e.g., online gambling, FX) is required
- 36 years of performance or growth marketing experience, ideally within B2C fintech or blockchain startups
- Deep knowledge of compliance barriers in paid crypto advertising and strategies to work around platform restrictions (e.g., legal memos, ad policy hacks)
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to execute and iterate based on campaign performance
- Familiarity with Web3 user behavior and marketing platforms
- Strong ownership mentality previous hires were let go due to inability to deliver; we're looking for someone independent, proactive, and execution-focused
- Chinese-speaking is a plus but not required
