About The Role
We are seeking an agile Growth Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between financial education and client engagement. Beyond planning and executing seminars/webinars, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships and delivering value-driven experiences that resonate with our diverse client base.This role requires both event management expertise and a decemt understanding of financial products. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin and capable of developing seminar topics aligned with Tiger Brokers strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute webinars, seminars, workshops, and educational events for clients and prospects.
- Partnership Management: Identify and maintain relationships with industry speakers, affiliates, and corporate partners.
- Work with internal teams to align themes and schedules with strategic objectives.
- Suggest relevant seminar topics and design event series targeting specific segments.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve event quality and relevance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in seminar/event planning, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (equities, options, account types etc.).
- Strong bilingual skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). You are required to work closely with our stakeholders in China.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
- Agile mindset with the ability to pivot between different marketing functions as business needs evolve.
- Candidates with CMFAS 1A/RES1A, CMFAS 2A/RES2A, CM-SIP/CM-CMP certificates will have added advantage.
