Job Description

About your role

  • Develop and own the global marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership.
  • Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, SMM, PR) with a focus on high-ROI channels and scalable growth.
  • Work with leadership to refine product positioning and messaging across customer segments and geographies.
  • Create and oversee campaigns that showcase how Augmentus delivers real operational benefits - across industries, use cases, and stakeholders.
  • Use data to track performance across funnels, optimize spend, and inform go-to-market decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to create high-impact case studies, product launch materials, and educational content that drive conversion and customer engagement.
  • Build partnerships with media, associations, and strategic stakeholders to elevate Augmentus brand globally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, or deep tech sectors
  • Strategic thinker and proactive, decisive, and always aligning marketing with broader company goals.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, customer segmentation, and growth levers
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex technology into compelling value propositions
  • Experienced in marketing tools and CRM systems (Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments with global ambitions
