Growth Marketing Intern

At Voltade, we look for people who see ambiguity as an invitation, not a deterrent. As our first Growth Marketing Intern, you'll be thrown into the deep end — owning the full growth stack across content, paid, outbound, and events. You'll operate at the intersection of tech and sales, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and some of Singapore's top engineers to pursue our mission of transforming SMEs into AI companies.

Voltade launched in 2023 and has already delivered Gen AI projects for over 100 companies across Singapore.

• Own our blog. Ship 2–3 SEO-optimised posts/week on SME AI transformation
• Run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Build email and LinkedIn outbound sequences targeting Singapore SMEs
• Ship micro landing pages with AI tools for every campaign and event
• Produce short-form video case studies
• Drive on-ground presence at SME events (booth, demos, follow-ups)

• Singaporean/PR only
• Strong English writing skills
• Fluent with AI tools, or hungry to master them.
• Thrive in a really fast paced early stage startup environment
• Full-time, 6-month internship, starting in June 2026 (leave of absence or credit-bearing)

• Experience with SEO, paid ads, or outbound tools
• Video creation experience
• Prior event or community work
• Eager to learn AI + automation workflows (e.g., prompt workflows, lightweight automations like n8n/Zapier).

• You'll learn more here than anywhere else.

• Work on production Gen AI systems impacting real businesses.
• You'll be provided a Mac Mini and an AI budget to experiment and build internal automations.
