Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Intern to support our user acquisition and growth initiatives across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and mobile ad networks. This internship offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing in the mobile gaming industry, where you will work closely with experienced team members to learn how to execute, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks.
- Track daily campaign performance and help identify basic trends or anomalies in key metrics.
- Support creative testing by coordinating with the design team on ad creatives for different markets and audiences.
- Conduct market and competitor research to understand gaming trends and user behavior.
- Help prepare weekly or monthly performance reports, covering metrics such as CPI, retention, and basic ROAS insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, Data/BI, Operations) to support campaign execution and learning.
- Assist with campaign data validation and basic tracking checks using Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer or Adjust).
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts OR high willingness to learn paid advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok).
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data; analytical mindset is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.
- Passion for mobile games and curiosity about the gaming industry.
- Proficiency in English; other Asian language skills are a plus due to the need to speak with shareholders
