About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth for our co-branded credit card business in Singapore.
This role will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing strategic partnerships, and developing growth initiatives to increase card acquisition, activation, and customer usage. The ideal candidate has experience in credit cards, payments, fintech, loyalty programs, or consumer marketing, with a strong understanding of the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and card applications.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to increase awareness and conversion.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve marketing ROI.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Co-brand Partnership Marketing
- Work closely with co-brand partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage partner marketing calendars and coordinate campaign launches.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand customer reach and drive business growth.
- Ensure alignment between partner objectives and business goals.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Design customer engagement initiatives to drive card activation, spending, and retention.
- Develop targeted campaigns based on customer behavior and segmentation.
- Support loyalty, rewards, and promotional programs to enhance customer value.
Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, creative development, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and external agencies.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, including Card applications, Approval rates, Activation rates, Customer acquisition cost (CAC), Card spending and engagement
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partnership Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in credit cards, banking, payments, fintech, loyalty programs, or consumer internet businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
