Send is building a hyper-local food and delivery ecosystem that connects office workers, hawkers, delivery buddies, and neighbourhood businesses. Our mission is to help people enjoy better food at fair prices, while helping small merchants grow with digital tools and content.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing & CRM Manager to own our lifecycle and CRM enginedesigning user journeys, personalising engagement with data, and supporting the team across all key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Build High-Impact CRM Workflows (Salesforce)

  • Design and maintain automated user journeys (onboarding, reactivation, win-back, referral, upsell) using Salesforce.
  • Segment users based on behaviour, cohorts, and lifecycle stage to deliver personalised, relevant engagement.
  • Set up automated triggers tied to milestones and user actions (e.g. first order, cart abandonment, churn risk, inactive periods).
  • Monitor CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, reactivation) and continuously optimise flows to increase retention and LTV.

Personalise User Journeys with Data

  • Analyse behavioural and funnel data to identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities across the user journey.
  • Use dynamic content, targeting rules, and simple predictive signals to improve engagement, conversion, and order frequency.
  • Work closely with product, content, and creative teams to refine landing pages, in-app experiences, and messaging based on data-driven insights.

Support and Coordinate Marketing Initiatives

  • Support all major marketing initiatives (SEO, performance marketing, social, PR, KOL/influencer, offline/OOH, on-ground activations) as needed, ensuring they are properly planned, tracked, and reviewed.
  • Work with performance, social, brand & communication, SEO, and creative leads on campaign planning (briefs, timelines, basic tracking, simple post-campaign summaries).
  • Help ensure data from campaigns (online and offline) is properly captured in Salesforce and analytics dashboards so the team can measure impact and make clear decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 35+ years of experience in growth, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, ideally in consumer apps, marketplaces, or food/delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for marketing/CRM is required.
  • Strong comfort with data: able to interpret dashboards, build simple reports, and turn numbers into clear actions.
  • Exposure to performance marketing (you don't need to be the media buyer, but you should understand ROAS/CPA, targeting, and creatives enough to coordinate and challenge).
  • Experience designing automated journeys (onboarding, reactivation, win-back) and running A/B tests.
  • Good collaboration skills able to work closely with product, creative, content, SEO, brand & comms, and operations.
  • Clear, concise communication and a bias towards testing, learning, and iterating.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in food delivery, Q-commerce, or gig platforms.
  • Familiarity with GA4 or other analytics tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
