About WonderConnect

WonderConnect is a travel eSIM brand focused on simple setup, great UX, and transparent pricing. We sell globally (app + web) and are scaling across B2C eSIMs, and distribution partnerships.

Your mission

Own growth end-to-end: acquisition + conversion + retention. You'll work directly with the founder and collaborate with our developers, designer, and content team.

What you will do

  • Own the funnel: landing purchase activation repeat
  • Run weekly growth experiments (CRO, pricing, bundles, onboarding)
  • Improve paid efficiency (Google Ads), but not limited to ads
  • Build actionable reporting (daily/weekly KPI view)
  • Coordinate implementation with dev/design (clear specs)
  • Identify highest-leverage pages (country pages, calculator, checkout, app store)

Experiments you'll likely run

  • Bundling + recommended package logic
  • Country page templates & content structure for SEO + conversion
  • Checkout friction removal & trust elements
  • In-app promo placements & offer logic
  • Pricing tests (AOV up, refunds down)

Requirements

  • 37 years in growth roles for apps/ecom/SaaS or travel/consumer products
  • Strong in analytics & experimentation (GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel or similar)
  • Comfortable writing concise experiment briefs and measuring outcomes
  • Can work with a small team and ship weekly

Nice to have

  • Experience with app growth + ASO
  • Experience with subscription or bundles
  • Experience with affiliate/distribution offers

Compensation
