The timing is the whole point. The $500B+ global agency services market is old and broken, and AI just blew the supply side open: 100+ AI-native services launched in the past year alone, with no platform connecting buyers to the new shape of supply. That gap has been open for years. We're building the company that fills it.

Role summary

We're an early-stage startup looking for our founding Growth Lead to own and evolve Matchii's GTM systems and workflows. You'll drive revenue efficiency by improving operational processes, increasing workflow reliability, and finding opportunities to scale what already works. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to diagnose GTM issues, optimize funnel performance, and strengthen data integrity across systems. The role rewards strong ownership, structured thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset, the ability to test new approaches, adopt emerging tools, and turn insight into scalable operating practice.

What you'll own

  • The GTM machine. Monitor and optimize existing GTM workflows, so they run reliably and efficiently.
  • Funnel performance. Optimize lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and sequence-enrollment logic. Analyze funnel and workflow metrics to find what to fix next. Our company north-star is weekly briefs matched; you own the systems that move it.
  • The two-sided CRM and data integrity. Buyers and agencies run through different pipelines, scored differently. Maintain CRM data integrity and consistency across every tool and system.
  • Troubleshooting and reliability. Diagnose workflow failures, data mismatches, and performance bottlenecks before they cost pipeline.
  • AI-assisted automation. Improve AI-assisted and automation-supported workflows through iterative tuning.
  • Documentation and adoption. Document processes, update SOPs, and support team adoption.
  • The handoffs. Partner with Sales on lead routing and with Marketing on capturing the attention their content earns. You own the system; Sales owns the relationship.

Who we're looking for

  • 5+ years in GTM, growth, RevOps, sales ops, marketing ops, or growth ops.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflow automation, and funnel metrics; you own pipeline performance and track campaign results as a matter of habit.
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting processes and improving existing systems, not only building greenfield.
  • Analytically first, you can find the one drop-off that matters in a messy export, and you reach for the data before the opinion.
  • Strong cross-functional communication.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage environment.
  • Native or near-native English, with a strong grasp of North American business culture and market dynamics.

Preferred: optimizing and maintaining existing automation (not only building new); familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Attio, Apollo, Instantly.ai, Clay, Zapier, n8n, Salesforge, Customer.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; A/B testing, experiment design, and dashboard reporting; background in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools, or fintech.
