The Role
Were looking for a Growth Executive to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our consumer trading app. This is not a marketing role but instead a user acquisition role.We want someone who has previously built or scaled a trading platform or similar app and has the capability of designing strategies for user-acquisition.
Youll work cross-functionally across product, marketing, engineering, and data to create and execute growth strategies grounded in user behavior, analytics, and experimentation. Youll own core KPIs, design and run experiments, and make growth a measurable, iterative process.
What Youll Do
- Define and drive the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Build or collaborate on internal dashboards to monitor growth funnels, user cohorts, and campaign performance.
- Use data to identify friction points in onboarding, trading flows, and user engagement, then lead initiatives to address them.
- Run A/B tests, user segmentation, and funnel analysis to optimize performance across growth loops.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to implement growth features such as referrals, waitlists, onboarding flows, and nudges.
- Scale high-performing acquisition channels across paid, organic, and community-driven efforts.
- Report regularly to leadership on growth KPIs and insights.
What Were Looking For
- 35+ years experience in a growth, product, or data-driven marketing role ideally at a fintech or trading platform.
- Direct experience building or working on trading platforms, user tools, dashboards, or analytics infrastructure.
- Strong data and experimentation skills: funnel analysis, A/B testing, user segmentation, cohort analysis.
- A track record of shipping and iterating on growth initiatives that measurably moved key metrics.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- A user-first mindset. Comfortable thinking like a trader or investor.
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer fintech, trading apps, brokerages, or crypto platforms.
- Previous involvement in launching growth systems from 0 1.
- Familiarity with referral mechanics, viral loops, and lifecycle marketing tools.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
