Backed by strong technical expertise and growing commercial momentum, the business is expanding rapidly across international markets and is seeking a Growth Director to lead user growth, engagement, retention, and ecosystem development. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how enterprises and professionals interact with next-generation AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Growth & Retention - Own user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies, driving sustainable growth across the platform.
- Growth Strategy & Experimentation - Design and execute data-driven growth initiatives across referral programmes, partnerships, product-led growth, and experimentation frameworks.
- AI Product Adoption - Drive adoption and engagement of the company's AI products by optimising user journeys and product experiences.
- Community & Ecosystem Development - Build and scale a vibrant user community that promotes engagement, advocacy, and organic growth.
- Data Analytics & Growth Intelligence - Define and monitor key growth metrics, leveraging user insights and behavioural data to optimise performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute growth initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Growth, User Acquisition, Lifecycle Marketing, Community Building, or a related function within technology-driven businesses.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition, engagement, and retention for SaaS, AI, marketplace, consumer technology, or digital platform companies.
- Strong understanding of growth levers across the user lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, referral, and monetisation.
- Experience designing and executing product-led growth (PLG), community-led growth, referral programmes, or other scalable user acquisition strategies.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical capabilities; comfortable leveraging user insights, experimentation, and behavioural metrics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a curiosity for how AI agents can transform user workflows and productivity.
- Exposure to AI-native products, LLM applications, AI copilots, digital assistants, workflow automation platforms, or agentic AI solutions would be highly advantageous.
