Develop customer segmentation, cohort analyses, and behavioral insights to identify growth opportunities across different user groups and regional markets.
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, translating findings into recommendations that optimize growth initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance tracking frameworks to monitor key growth metrics and business performance.
Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL, transforming complex data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, improve measurement frameworks, and support regional growth initiatives.
Requirements
Experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related analytical field.
Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Good business and product acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
