Growth and Innovation Intern – Communications & Engagement

As a Growth and Innovation Intern – Communications & Engagement with Gov+, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic growth campaigns and people engagement initiatives. This dynamic role involves campaign planning, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, offering you a chance to develop critical thinking, project management, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Growth Campaign/Initiative Support:

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking strategic growth campaigns such as Cloud adoption, Gen AI, and regional market expansion.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support campaign strategies.
• Coordinate and engage with multiple stakeholders to gather information, track progress, and facilitate communications.

Gov+ Communications and People Engagement Initiatives Support:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop presentations and communication materials.
• Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives, including town halls and client electronic direct mailers (EDM).
• Support the planning and execution of people engagement activities such as project engagement sessions and CSR initiatives.
  
  

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Commencement date: June 2026 (min 5 months full time commitment)

The main duties and responsibilities will be subjected to review when there is a change in business requirements and scope of work.
