Join a fast-growing international company establishing its Singapore regional hub. As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of building market presence, driving revenue and forming strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, distributors and strategic partners
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals
Prepare and manage proposals, quotations and contracts in line with company standards
Collaborate closely with technical, operational and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to influence product development, positioning and strategy
Support the implementation of sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting frameworks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, technical or laboratory equipment
Proven track record of independently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in an expansion hub environment
