Job Description

Join a fast-growing international company establishing its Singapore regional hub. As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of building market presence, driving revenue and forming strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies

  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, distributors and strategic partners

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals

  • Prepare and manage proposals, quotations and contracts in line with company standards

  • Collaborate closely with technical, operational and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to influence product development, positioning and strategy

  • Support the implementation of sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting frameworks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline

  • At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, technical or laboratory equipment

  • Proven track record of independently achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in an expansion hub environment
