Overview

The Growth Accelerator drives business expansion by identifying high-potential opportunities, optimizing sales and marketing performance, and scaling revenue growth across channels. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven analysis, and hands-on execution to accelerate business performance and market share.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to execute integrated growth initiatives.

2. Data & Performance Analysis

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acquisition cost, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth trends and actionable insights.
  • Use analytics tools to test, measure, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

3. Partnership & Channel Development

  • Build strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage business pipelines across B2B, B2C, and regional markets.
  • Negotiate and secure strategic collaborations or promotions to accelerate brand visibility.

4. Marketing & Brand Activation

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, content, and promotions that boost awareness and sales.
  • Design and implement digital growth experiments (ads, referral programs, influencer partnerships, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously iterate for better outcomes.

5. Sales Enablement & Optimization

  • Support sales teams with data insights, CRM optimization, and conversion tactics.
  • Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement, retention, and upselling.
  • Create scalable systems and playbooks to accelerate revenue generation.
