We are now seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing leadership team across key functions.

We are looking for a strategic Group Supply Chain Director to strengthen CWAY's supply chain operations from procurement to delivery across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations.
• Build global supplier networks and ensure cost-efficient sourcing.
• Implement digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Align production, demand, and supply for optimal delivery.
• Lead a multicultural supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years supply chain experience in manufacturing, with 5+ in leadership.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
