About the Role
We are seeking a high-calibre Strategy professional to join our client's regional leadership team, driving strategic growth and transformation initiatives across Asia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders on high-impact projects spanning market expansion, portfolio optimization, commercial strategy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities for the region, including market entry, growth acceleration, and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead strategic analyses, business cases, and financial modeling to support decision-making on investments, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to translate strategic recommendations into actionable business plans.
- Drive strategic reviews, long-range planning, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
- Support M&A evaluation, post-merger integration, and strategic partnerships as needed.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials to communicate key insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in strategy consulting
- Open to travel globally (up to 25%)
- Strong track record in developing and executing growth strategies, business cases, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in engaging with executives and managing / working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in working within automotive/ manufacturing industry preferred
- Independent worker who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys driving change in complex organizations.
