We are partnering with a leading regional enterprise with a significant international footprint to appoint a senior Governance, Risk & Compliance leader to support the next phase of its enterprise-wide governance transformation journey.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to senior leadership, with responsibility for shaping and strengthening governance frameworks across a complex, multi-entity operating environment.
Key areas of focus include:
• Leading the design and enhancement of enterprise-wide governance and risk frameworks across multiple business units and geographies
• Driving governance transformation and strategic GRC initiatives across the organisation
• Partnering senior stakeholders to strengthen governance culture, accountability, and oversight mechanisms
• Supporting risk and governance considerations across major strategic initiatives and transformation programmes
• Monitoring governance effectiveness and advising leadership on material gaps, emerging risks, and escalation matters
• Providing strategic guidance and capability support to regional risk and compliance teams
We are keen to speak with candidates who bring:
• 15+ years of experience across enterprise risk, governance, compliance, internal controls, or related functions
• Strong exposure within large, complex, matrixed or regulated environments
• Proven track record leading group-wide governance or transformation initiatives across multiple operating entities
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions, geographies, and business lines
• Strong commercial judgement and practical, solutions-oriented mindset
• Prior exposure to industries undergoing significant transformation, technology disruption, cybersecurity, regulatory, or operational risk challenges would be highly valued
Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, CISA, FRM, ICA or equivalent will be advantageous.
