Group Reporting Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee group consolidation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group.
• Perform consolidation adjustments, including intercompany eliminations
• Review journal entries, consolidation adjustments, and reconciliation schedules.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical support to the finance team to strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
• Drive system implementation and process automation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience background in accounting inclusive of external audit experiences
