Define and drive product and system specifications to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
Ensure optimal user experience, system performance, security, and regulatory compliance across the end-to-end flow.
Act as a key stakeholder manager, collaborating closely with regional product, engineering, risk, and operations teams.
Anticipate evolving customer and merchant needs, translating them into scalable product and system enhancements.
Provide technical and product leadership, guiding best practices across the team.
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling tech & business teams within fintech or related industries.
Strong expertise in front-end and mid-end systems, with proven ownership of mid-end architecture and services.
Solid experience in end-to-end flow design, funnel improvement, cross-system integration, API development, and event tracking.
Deep understanding of modern SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
Strong fundamentals to bridge business objectives with technical execution and go-to-market strategies.
Good understanding of end-to-end system architecture, including scalability and reliability considerations.
Independent, analytical, and comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
