About the role
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on intern to support group-level internal processes and communications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building structure, collaborating across teams in different regions, and working on a mix of creative and operational projects.
You'll report directly to the Group Process Lead and be based in Singapore.
What you'll be working on
Internal and corporate communications
- Help plan and prepare weekly corporate communications, including posts for the company LinkedIn page
- Draft, format, and refine content that supports internal priorities and group messaging
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, visuals, and key information
- Support content calendars and help keep posting timelines on track
Internal gifting and coordination
- Brainstorm creative ideas for internal and corporate gifting initiatives
- Support the coordination of gifting across all regions
- Track gifting needs, deadlines, and inventory using Excel
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors when needed
SOPs, documentation, and standardization projects
- Support the creation of Visual Merchandising SOPs, working closely with a locally based industry expert
- Help build a group-level SOP to standardize floor team uniforms across regions
- Research and shortlist uniform providers, compare options, and compile recommendations by region
- Prepare decks and share resources with regional teams to support rollout and alignment
- Help update and maintain group process documentation, trackers, and internal guidelines
- Follow up with regional teams to ensure SOPs and processes are clear, accessible, and being used
Ad-hoc and data support
- Jump in to support additional internal process and communications projects when needed
- Help compile reports, track performance, and organize internal data
- Maintain Excel files, dashboards, and internal tracking documents
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- Strong English skills (Mandarin is a plus!)
- Interested in operations, internal processes, and internal communications
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across regions
- Strong Excel skills and a data-friendly mindset
- Clear, concise writing skills
