Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Group PMO Executive / Strategy Analyst Senior Partner/Director. The role involves overseeing and managing programs and projects, developing and implementing strategic plans, monitoring budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities also include analyzing data, assessing risks, communicating insights with stakeholders, and providing leadership in planning and execution to drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Management experience
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to assess and evaluate data-driven insights
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight
• Proven leadership abilities and strategic decision-making skills
• Understanding of challenges faced by marginalized communities; prior experience in an NGO or similar environment is a plus
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Policy, or a related field is preferred
