Group Operations Manager- Security

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on smoothly and in cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Participate in tender bids and negotiate contracts
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Perform any other reasonable duties and task assigned by company as and when required

Requirements

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good leadership ability
• Degree educational level
• Report directly to Director and CEO
