Job Description

The Group continues to expand and welcomes suitable candidates to join the Group HR Department, providing strategic and operational HR support across the organization.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnering

. Support VP, Finance & Admin in shaping and implementing the overall HR strategy and succession planning framework.

Talent Acquisition & Management

. Drive recruitment activities for the traineeship programmes.
. Work closely with consultants and various departments to plan and coordinate training schedules.
. Monitor and track trainees progress, and provide regular status reports to management.
. Design and oversee structured career development pathways for trainees.

HR Policy, Reporting & Compliance

. Act as a business partner to advise and support management on HR strategies and policy matters.
. Review and enhance existing Corporate HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
. Draft new policies and frameworks covering recruitment, talent retention, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
. Ensure employment policies and practices comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements by keeping up to date with the latest changes in legislation and regulations.
. Implement, monitor, and ensure subsidiaries (local and overseas) comply with Group HR policies and procedures.
. Consolidate Group HR data and prepare reports for Head Office.
. Support and drive new HR initiatives as assigned, including HR digitalization projects.

Requirements

. Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
. Good working knowledge of Singapore labour laws and the Employment Act.
. People-oriented, resourceful, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
. Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
. Proactive, adaptable, and receptive to dynamic changes.
. Well-organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
