Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is a pivotal senior individual contributor role within a complex, high-growth organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and senior business leaders, with accountability for shaping and driving the people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and commercial outcomes across multiple geographies.

As Group HR Business Partner Director, you will partner directly with senior executives and business leaders globally, delivering across the full employee lifecycle. This will include organisational design, talent and succession planning, leadership coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and strategic transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in aligning the people agenda to business priorities, influencing decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
This is a highly commercial and relationship centric role. You will operate as a senior strategic partner, enabling growth, driving organisational effectiveness, and ensuring the people agenda directly supports business performance and client impact.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in a senior HR Business Partner role within a global professional services or similarly complex, matrixed MNC environment. A strong track record of partnering with executive stakeholders, leading through change and transformation, and operating across multiple geographies is essential. Gravitas, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence will be critical to success.
Given the strategic importance of Singapore within the organisation, candidates must have prior experience living and working in Singapore, with additional exposure to regional and global markets being beneficial but not required.
