Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a private equity backed global professional services group to appoint a Group Head of Talent, Succession & Leadership, based in Singapore.


Reporting into the Chief People Office, this is a newly created critical leadership role within a large global matrix environment, with accountability for shaping and executing the global talent, leadership, and organisational development strategy. You will partner closely with the executive team, board, and investors to build leadership capability, strengthen succession pipelines, and enable the organisation's continued growth agenda

As the organisation continues to scale, there is a strong emphasis on organisational design, workforce planning, and embedding data-driven talent practices. Leveraging analytics, modern assessment tools, and digital platforms will be central to driving more informed talent and succession decisio

As Group Head of Talent Management, you will lead the design and delivery of the global talent management agenda, including succession planning, leadership development, high-potential identification, performance and potential frameworks, organisational design, and key transformation initiatives. You will work closely with global HR leaders and global business leadership teams to ensure alignment of talent strategy with business priorities and growth pl

ans.
This is a highly commercial role. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation has the leadership capability and organisational structure required to enable the group to continue to operate as a global market

lead.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organisational development within a private equity and / or investor backed, global professional services or similarly complex MNC environment. A strong track record in building succession pipelines, leading organisation-wide transformation initiatives, and operating across multiple geographies is essential. Experience supporting M&A integration and working in investor-facing environments will be highly advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management with group leadership is required. Former team management experience is preferred, working directly with the

board.
Given the strategic importance of Singapore within the group, candidates must have prior experience living and working in Singapore, with additional exposure to regional and global m
