Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Group Head of Mobility to lead our global mobility strategy and operations. This pivotal role sits within our Human Resources team and is responsible for designing and delivering bestinclass mobility programs to support our global workforce, enable cross-border talent movement, and drive our business growth across markets. This role is based in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Mobility Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive mobility strategy aligned with our business priorities.
  • Policy Development & Governance: Own global mobility policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards across all regions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end mobility operationsincluding international assignments, permanent transfers, business travel compliance, and remote work frameworks.
  • Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners, business leaders, and senior management on all mobility matters.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with our external partners (immigration, tax, relocation, payroll) to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting: Develop mobility dashboards, insights, and reporting frameworks to support decisionmaking and monitor global mobility trends.
  • Risk, Compliance & Governance: Ensure global compliance related to immigration, tax, social security, and employment law.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation, digitisation, and process simplification within the mobility function.

Role Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of immigration, tax, relocation, and global reward principles.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing mobility strategies in complex, multinational environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale programs across regions.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
