Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group-wide engineering, facilities and maintenance standards across multiple sites.
- Lead asset reliability, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programmes to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Oversee facilities, utilities and infrastructure to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.
- Manage capital projects, engineering upgrades and automation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental and regulatory requirements across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Drive business continuity, emergency preparedness and risk management for engineering and facilities.
- Champion sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, resource optimisation and ESG improvements.
- Oversee site physical security systems and contractor management to protect people, assets and operations.
- Build and develop high-performing engineering and facilities teams through training, coaching and succession planning.
- Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditure, vendor performance and engineering KPIs to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Facilities, Building Services or a related engineering discipline (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications).
- 10+ years of engineering, maintenance or facilities management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role across multiple sites.
- Strong experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, cold chain, agrifood or other regulated industrial environments.
- Proven track record in maintenance excellence, asset reliability, capital projects and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of engineering compliance, safety and regulatory requirements in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- Experience with CMMS, asset management systems, contractor management and engineering performance reporting.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across multiple sites.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, vendors and capital investments.
- Willing to travel regularly between Singapore and Malaysia.
