Group Financial Controller (International Private Equity firm - Portfolio management)

We are supporting a global MNC in hiring a Financial Controller. This is a key regional role combining controllership, cash flow oversight, and strategic finance partnering across a multi-country footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on group strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning

• Own group cash flow, liquidity, capital allocation, and capex planning

• Oversee group-wide management reporting, consolidation, and financial statements

• Manage multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and tax matters

• Lead audits and ensure timely, compliant financial reporting

• Strengthen governance, internal controls, and financial policies across the group

• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and operational efficiency

• Support strategic initiatives including investments, divestments, and cross-functional projects

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA or equivalent), ideally Big 4 trained with over 15 years of overall career experience.

• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience (must-have)

• Experience operating at a group level with multi-entity / regional exposure

• Strong exposure to cash flow management, capex, and treasury

• FP&A exposure is a plus

• Experience in a PE-backed / holding company / investment platform preferred

• Strong business partnering capability with senior stakeholders

• Resilient, hands-on, commercially minded personality
