Description
Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations while supporting business growth across multiple international entities.
Key Responsibilities Include
Manage the end-to-end finance and accounting function, including month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
Lead group consolidation activities across multiple international entities.
Oversee balance sheet, P&L and cash flow reporting.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support commercial decision making.
Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis initiatives.
Manage external auditors and coordinate annual audit activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
Support procurement-related financial analysis and cost optimisation initiatives.
Review and enhance accounting processes, controls and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with external service providers and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, with CPA/ACCA qualified
- At least 7 years of relevant experience within a technology, SaaS, fintech, payments or high-growth environment is advantageous.
Proven experience managing full sets of accounts and hands-on accounting responsibilities.
Experience leading group consolidation for multiple international entities.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Xero) and Excel
Experience managing external auditors, preferably including Big 4 audit engagements.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
