Group Finance Manager | Singapore HQ | Global Service Organisation

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered organisation with a strong global presence to hire a Group Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who enjoy driving finance transformation while remaining hands-on with technical accounting and group reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve the Record-to-Report (R2R) process across the Group.
• Drive month-end close optimisation, group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting standardisation.
• Partner with regional and country finance teams to enhance reporting quality and reduce close timelines.
• Review customer and vendor contracts, providing technical accounting advice on IFRS, revenue recognition, tax implications, and commercial arrangements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on finance system enhancements and process improvements.
• Strengthen finance governance, internal controls, risk management frameworks, and finance policies across the Group.

Qualifications

• CPA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Around 10–12 years experience in Group Finance, Controllership, Finance Transformation, or Corporate Finance.
• Prior Big Four experience is highly preferred.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS and revenue recognition.
• Proven track record in finance process improvement, automation, and stakeholder management within multinational organisations.
