Job Description

Our client is a Singapore headquarter manufacturing company with a strong regional footprint across Asia. They are looking for a Group Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, strengthen governance and controls, and partner with business leaders to support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full spectrum of Group finance activities, including monthly financial close, management reporting, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee Group financial reporting and consolidation while ensuring compliance with IFRS/SFRS and Group accounting policies.
  • Review complex accounting transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks across the Group.
  • Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting while liaising with external auditors and advisors.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and evaluate commercial initiatives.
  • Support finance transformation projects, ERP enhancements, and post-acquisition integration initiatives where applicable.
  • Monitor financial risks and contribute to enterprise risk management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Around 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full spectrum of finance, including financial reporting, statutory reporting, budgeting, and business partnering.
  • Experience with Group reporting and consolidation in a regional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Regional exposure across Southeast Asia and China would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, or technology sectors is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite is an advantage), finance transformation, or M&A integration will be viewed favourably.
