Group Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

My client is an established company in the Manufacturing industry. Keen to hire a driven and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee a regional Group Finance portfolio as part of the company's expansion plans.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with experience in managing the full spectrum of Finance activities including accounting, group financial reporting, consolidation (statutory and management reporting), treasury management, etc
• Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to advise on accounting matters and support M&A activities
• Resilient, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex business environment
• Proven experience in team management
• Process-driven mindset with experience in process improvement; exposure to finance transformation and post-acquisition integration initiatives will be advantageous.

Job Scope

As the Group Finance Manager, you will act as the key deputy to the Group Financial Controller. The role oversees Group financial reporting, including monthly close, statutory and management reporting, consolidation, treasury, and governance activities. You will ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements, oversee audits, manage cash flow and working capital, and maintain a strong financial control environment. The position also partners closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to business growth across the region.

The successful candidate will lead a regional finance team and drive finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements. Strong expertise in group reporting, consolidation, treasury, governance, and internal controls is required. Regional experience as well as in cross-border compliance, M&A integration, or finance transformation projects, will be highly regarded. Experience within manufacturing, technology, semiconductor, or other complex environments will be advantageous.
