About the Role
Our client is a Singapore-based publicly listed group with regional presence. They are hiring a Group Finance Manager to support reporting, compliance, and planning processes across a group of entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly closings and management reporting
- Ensure monthly consolidated accounts are properly reported
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
- Handle risk management in accordance with group risk policies
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax statutory and SGX/MAS requirements
- Work closely with external auditors and stakeholders
- Support internal initiatives and ad hoc finance projects
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience Consolidation of Accounts at a listed Co.
- Able to operate independently and manage deliverables under tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to real estate /property development in a listed capacity is preferred.
